Guest Books
A guest finds your listing on Apaté (website or WhatsApp) and makes a booking request. They pay the full amount upfront via Paystack.
Pending Acceptance
The booking status becomes "Pending Acceptance". You receive a notification (email, SMS, and WhatsApp if using our agent).
You Accept or Reject
Review the booking details and accept or reject within 6 hours. Accepting confirms the booking. Rejecting refunds the guest and earns a strike.
Booking Confirmed
Once accepted, the booking is confirmed. Calendar dates are automatically blocked. The guest receives confirmation.
Guest Checks In
On the check-in date, the guest arrives at your property. Ensure everything is ready and clean.
Payout Processed
24 hours after the guest's check-in date, your payout is automatically processed. The amount is your listing price minus the 12% Apaté commission.
Funds to Bank
The payout is sent to your registered bank account. It typically arrives within 1-2 business days after processing.
