Creating Your First Listing

From your Host Dashboard, click "Listings" in the sidebar, then click "New Listing".

Write a compelling title (e.g., "Luxury 2-Bedroom in Lekki"). Add a detailed description highlighting unique features.

Upload at least 3 high-quality photos. Show the bedroom, bathroom, living area, and exterior. Well-lit photos get more bookings!

Enter your price per night in Naira. Apaté charges a 12% commission which is deducted from this price. Guests pay a separate service charge.

Select all available amenities — WiFi, air conditioning, parking, generator, water heater, etc. More amenities = more bookings.

Specify check-in/check-out times, guest policies, and any special instructions for your property.

Enter your property's address and city. This helps guests find properties near their destination.

Click "Submit for Verification". Our team will review your listing within 24-48 hours and notify you when approved.

Properties with 5+ photos and complete amenity lists get 3x more bookings on average.
